Refund rate alert (mentioned in PHASE_3_automation.md §3.3) is not here — decision B5 (finalized, product-spec.md Appendix A) drops effective-sales/refund tracking from EcoLive entirely — there is no order-status refund/cancel feed in the real data. Fabricating a refund number to fill this gap would violate the spec's own "no inference" principle — so it's dropped, keeping only the GPM-below-baseline alert (which can be built from real data).
