What-if Playbook Library

9 standard scenarios (§2.3 spec) + 18 team-contributed scenarios · ← Alert Screens
Tech / AM / OP fill in their own team's what-if scenarios via the form below — each scenario is saved as an Observe → Alert → Decide → Execute chain, matching the structure of the 9 standard playbooks. Both standard and team-contributed scenarios can be edited (OP/AM) — for the 9 standard scenarios specifically, editing here only changes the display copy in this library, it does NOT change the original spec text and does NOT affect the automatic playbook-matching logic on the 6 alert screens (§2.1). This library generally does NOT automatically match against the real escalation ladder — it's a place to store operational knowledge for reference, not an automated alert.

Machine-run vs. human-intervened: since data runs minute-by-minute, no one can watch it by eye — the alert level (WATCH/ACT/ESCALATE/SCALE/EXCELLENT) is computed automatically by the §2.1 Baseline Engine, and each Observe below means a human reviews that result on the dashboard, not manually tracking raw numbers. Every Observe/Alert/Decide/Execute step is done by a HUMAN — none of it is automated yet (no auto-notify, no auto-block). The channel used between roles (the Alert step): per the team's confirmation (21/07/2026), it currently flexibly uses Zalo / WhatsApp / Telegram depending on the situation — not standardized on one fixed channel yet.
